| Ancor Products |
Ancor was founded over twenty years ago to solve electrical problems experienced by mariners as they ventured offshore in large numbers. General purpose wire and components designed for on shore applications caused significant problems as electrical systems became more sophisticated and demanding.
Ancor Marine Grade™ Products quickly became the system of choice as the first major supplier of UL listed products designed for the harsh marine environment. Often imitated, never duplicated, Ancor continues to lead the industry by providing the most water resistant, flame retardant wiring products available. |

| Guest Industrial |
The Guest Charter is to manufacture the finest electrical products available for use in harsh environmental applications. All Guest products carry an “edge” in design - guaranteeing that moisture, vibration, and shock will not have a significant effect on their functionality or longevity. In fact, we feel so strongly about this that our potted chargers carry a lifetime warranty against water damage. Our electronic designs utilize up to date technology, with an emphasis on providing the finest product available - with the most important features - for the lowest cost. Our design team in Meriden,CT uses the latest in electronic validation equipment and procedures to insure a product that performs up to your expectations.
The Guest “single board - single battery” concept of including a number of chargers within each housing to match the number of batteries was developed to eliminate problems encountered with “charge on demand” products. In multiple battery applications that have unequal demand characteristics (i.e. trolling vs. cranking) a “charge on demand” charger has a tendency to either overcharge and outgas the full battery or undercharge the lower battery. The Guest “single board - single battery” design eliminates these worries and addresses the battery needs on an individual basis, using electronic switch mode technology that “reads” each battery and carries it through three distinct phases of charge.
Whether the application is a boat, wheelchair, stand-by genset, tornado warning system or simply a portable charger for the glove compartment, Guest has a charger that is tough enough to withstand the rigors of extreme use.
